In 1987, after more than 20 years in the Fire Sprinkler industry, Jerry and his wife Peggy made a bold decision to establish Jerico Fire Protection. They created a business centered on core principles of quality, honesty, integrity, faith, and, most importantly, family. These foundational values, along with the strong customer service and business relationships cultivated by Jerry over the years, enabled Jerico Fire to evolve from its modest beginnings into a successful and thriving enterprise.

Following the passing of Jerry and Peggy, Jerry's son, Chris, took over leadership of the family business in 2014. This transition marked a continuation of their enduring commitment to quality and service, providing a robust foundation for the next generation.

Chris has had a long and dedicated career in the Fire Sprinkler Industry, beginning at Jerico Fire in 1987 as a delivery driver. His journey through the industry included completing the Apprenticeship Program with the Road Sprinkler Fitters Local 669, which qualified him as a Journeyman sprinkler fitter. He advanced his career to the position of Field Superintendent, where he collaborated closely with his father, Jerry, learning valuable skills in estimation and project management.

Under his father's guidance, Chris embraced the principles of honesty and integrity that Jerry had cultivated over his 50 years in the industry. In 2014, Chris took over the family business, ensuring that he upheld the legacy of quality and ethical business practices established by his father. 

Now, Chris works alongside his wife of 27 years, Jennifer Miller, and their sons, continuing to build on the foundation of the family business. Together, they have created a strong team that fosters a culture of cooperation and shared values.
